Brewed to celebrate the the first anniversary of our rad buds at Heritage BBQ in San Juan Capistrano. Looking to brew a beer that was BBQ friendly, we started with a simple blonde ale base, used only Czech Kazbek in the kettle and we finished it off by dry hopping with citrus-fruity German Mandarina Bavaria and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. The result is an insanely crushable BBQ beer that will cleanse your palette in between every irresistible bite.
