Inspired by the countless nights of our youth spent munching s’mores, hiding our stash and trying to avoid the impending flashlights of lifeguards, this beer will transport you to the nights we love the most. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Heritage BBQ, we smoked a portion of the base malt on Daniel Castillo’s 550 gallon smoker, Clementine. To achieve s’more decadent flavors, we added graham cracker meal, roasted marshmallows, cocoa powder, Ghanaian cacao nibs and Tahitian vanilla. Sea salt was added at the end to enhance and deepen the sweeter flavors while reminding us of the salty, briny sea air that we enjoy so much.
