For our 8th anniversary, we rounded up a collection of all our favorite hops over the last couple years and melded them together into this celebratory beverage. Columbus Cryo, HBC586, Mosaic, Simcoe and Strata all share the leading role in this banger! We used many of our newer processes learned from years of collaborating with our friends across California and the nation and wanted to show off the best of what we offer.
