Thiol Enhanced DIPA w/ Citra, Columbus, Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin and NZ Phantasm Collaboration w/ June Lake Brewing Co. Mammoth Mountain and June Lake are So. Cal’s winter playground and we have been huge fans of June Lake’s beers for quite some time. We collaborated on this super experimental beer using a thiol enhancing yeast strain from Berkeley Yeast and added a brand new, super thiol-rich product made of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand called Phantasm. The results are intense, ripe, tropical fruit aromas and flavors of papaya, mango, pineapple and passionfruit.
