Tropical IPA Collaboration with Flatland Brewing Co. Almost two years in the making, this collaboration is an expression of both our breweries. Flatland is well-known and respected for their drive to continuously experiment and produce stellar beers. A super simple grist of pilsner malt and rice provided a blank canvas for us to experiment with. Bright pops of pineapple and tart yuzu soar, while Chinese Oolong tea keeps the flavor grounded. El Dorado and Idaho 7 hops round out the citric-driven acidity and deliver intense tropical notes in the finish.
