Injuries are never fun, especially the ones that keep you from doing something you love and are passionate about, like brewing beer. Unfortunately for our Head Brewer, that was exactly the case. Making the best of the situation, we decided to double-up on one of our favorite recipes, Gimpy McGee. Twice the amount of Amarillo, Simcoe and Strata went into this beast and we bumped up the ABV also to help relieve the pain and humiliation. Remember kids, Brewers don’t Ball!
